摘要:Employee engagement is a critical management component, and our research shows that marketing can play a big role in maximising its value (EE). So we begin by looking at EE as a concept via a thorough assessment of relevant literature and the insights obtained from our discussions with managers in countries spanning five continents. After providing a formal definition of EE, we build scales for assessing EE, and then explain how EE might enhance firm performance. A route analysis and validation of the results from the popular news articles are conducted once we have refined the measurement scales. Managers may use the findings of this study to develop a strategy for improving service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall company performance by monitoring and controlling the many aspects that influence employee engagement.
