摘要：Tourism has been and is the fastest growing economic sector in the world with its potential and great contributions in many aspects. Tourism creates jobs, increases the budget, makes a strong contribution to the economic development of each country, region and locality, is an effective tool for hunger eradication and poverty reduction, promoting cultural development, society. In addition, tourism also has significant negative impacts on the environment, society and the economy. The requirement for countries and economies around the world is to study to be able to move towards sustainable tourism development, to be effective in all three aspects: economic, social and resource protection. resources, environment. Therefore, sustainable tourism development is the right direction of Vietnam's tourism industry as well as of all countries in the world. This study aims to support the planning and development of sustainable tourism that brings high quality of services, enhances the competitiveness of destinations, and ensures the simultaneous development of environment and society in Quang Nam. Ning. Based on survey results from 250 managers and business owners, through the PLS-SEM method, the study has pointed out 6 factors that affect sustainable tourism development in the locality, including: tourism services; Tourism resources and environment; Tourism human resources; Management organization of the government; Tourist facilities and technical infrastructure; Community involvement.
