摘要：People often refer to children as a nation's "future wealth," and because of this, it is the responsibility of the government to enact specialised legislation and welfare programmes to ensure the children of the nation have the opportunity to develop in a way that is congruent with and conducive to their own prosperity. because of the numerous benefits and advantages, in addition to the primary goal of safeguarding the children from Traditional horrific offences and crimes continue to exist despite the fact that there are many laws and programmes created by the government that are designed to help people in need. In spite of the fact that the government has such a strong commitment to the well-being of children and to protecting them from the terrible offences committed by antisocial elements, children continue to be victims of a wide variety of heinous crimes and offences. Offenses committed against children are committed at such a high rate that there is a public outcry in the society, and the state has not been able to protect children from the horrible offences and crimes that are being committed against them. Child abuse is a broad phrase that involves not only the abuse of a child's physical health but also the mental and emotional harm that is perpetrated on children.
