摘要:Determine the influence between all independent variables such as work discipline and also work stress on dependent variable namely performance of teacher at high school in East Jakarta, Indonesia both of partially and simultaneously is the objective of this study. Quantitative analysis approach by distributing questionnaires through google form to 43 teachers is used in this study. The non-probability sampling technique was a the sampling technique, that researcher used in this study. At the first phase of this research, researchers conducted data quality test involving validity test and reliability test, then the analysis process continued to classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple regression test and is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 program. This study results indicate that all independent variables have significant impact on dependent. Variable of work stress has effected negatively on performance of teacher. Variable of work discipline has effected positively on performance of teacher. Simultaneously work discipline and work stress has an positive impact on teacher performance.
