摘要：The occurrence of dental caries has a very early onset. Caries follow a typical pattern on each tooth surface. The different surfaces of a primary tooth are unequally susceptible to dental caries. Each primary posterior tooth has specific pinpoint areas where the susceptibility of caries is more than other areas. The most frequent sites of attack are the occlusal surfaces of the first and second molars.
