摘要:The issue of agricultural education is a great challenge for teachers in the field of agriculture, specifically to enlighten teaching in vocational colleges. Most of the new generation nowadays have a misperception of agriculture hence are less interested in pursuing a career in this field. Therefore, education today can be used to change the image of agriculture. The aims of this study is to review agricultural education in Malaysia and the needs of teacher’s critical thinking in teaching agriculture. Therefore, this study will include the study of Constructivist theory and Bloom Taxonomy models that could help agricultural teachers to ignite critical thinking thought in their students during the lessons journey. Thus, may with the aid of the theories will provides an even more powerful tool to fit today’s agriculture teacher’s needs.
