摘要:The study aims to explain the perception of Irula Tribal Millennials on Mental Health. The study focuses only on explaining the basic understanding of the perception of the respondents on Mental health, as Mental health is not a very familiar concept among the target population adopted for study. The study adopted 30 Irula Tribal Millennial cohorts of the age 24-39 years of the Nilgiris district through stratified random sampling technique and interviewed with a self-constructed and validated interview guide questionnaire to collectdata from the respondents. The collected data was analysed using SPSS and simple frequency percentage and highlighted the result as the need for awareness creation on perception of mental health to enhance the perception of attitude and practices towards mental health.
