摘要:Introduction :- Dental shade analysis, effective communication of tooth color, and, most importantly, the reproduction of natural tooth color in a final restoration that mimics the adjacent tooth structure have long been highly sought-after, yet elusive, goals for dental professionals Aim To awareness of shade guides among dental students. Materials and Methods:The survey instrument employed was a self administrated questionnaire comprising 10 multiple choice questions. The questionnaire assessed by the medical facilities available in management of dental shade dependent on their acknowledgement . 78%participants were aware regarding that method preferred during shade selection.68% participants were aware regarding that major role in shade selection. Results:97% of participants were aware of the types of shade guides. 98% participants were aware of the extended range of shade guidesThe study result shows there is enough awareness in dental populations in Methods of dental shade. Conclusion:The study shows the awareness among dental students in dental shade is adequate and we created awareness about the type of shade matching and method used for shade selection.
