  • 摘要:Digital forensics is a procedure to collect and analyze statistical and behavioral data. During the digital crime, investigation used several digital devices and tools by cyber forensic experts to analyze data. In day-to-day life amplification of technology and almost devices connected with internet, making informal and exciting humans life from one aspect of the coin. Another negative aspect of this technology is enhancing, spreading, and increasing cyber-attacks all over the biosphere. Since all information looked-for for illegal activities such as financial harm, mental harm, and social harm, available in cyberspace. This problem had given birth to a new field of forensic science known as digital forensics. It is just a new way to help forensic science through technology and improve, shorten & enhance the investigation. In this paper, the author discusses digital forensics, digital forensic basic goals, and principles. In addition, discuss categories of digital forensic science and its subcategories.
