摘要：Team integration and effectiveness are the key drivers of changesnecessary for the construction industry to become more successful. While, in the context of Pakistan, there is no empirical evidence for the role of the team effectiveness in the project performance especially in the construction industry in Pakistan. Thus, the aim of the current study was to identify the factors of the team effectiveness in the construction industry in Pakistan and to investigate its impact of the overall project performance. Following descriptive design of research, a sample of 72 individuals were chosen from construction industry in Pakistan. The results shown that factors of project team effectiveness i.e.,Team Goals and Objectives, Team Relationship, Team Communication, Team Trust and Values and Team Roles and Responsibilities were having significant positive impact on project performance while team leadership was having more contribution in project performance.
