摘要:Natural products of plants possess several biological activities including cytotoxic effect and anti-inflammatory activity. Green nanoscience and technology have developed to a great extent with wide applications in catalysis, sensors, drug delivery, and biomedical purposes. There has been increasing research on the utilization of phytomolecules in the area of green synthesis. Silver Nanoparticles (AgNP) plays an important role in nanoscience, nanotechnology and nanomedicine. AgNP has antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-antigenic and anti-cancer properties. Stevia rebaudiana belonging to the Asteraceae family is a perennial herb. Stevia leaf has several steviol glycosides (SGs). Ficus benghalensis is an Ayurvedic plant used in the treatment of skin disease, diabetes and diarrhoea. It has been used extensively for the synthesis of silver, gold, and palladium NPs The aim of the study is to evaluate the cytotoxic effect and anti inflammatory of Stevia and Fius mediated Silver Nanoparticles. Materials and Methods : The methodology includes green synthesis of Stevia and Ficus benghalensis mediated Silver Nanoparticles synthesis followed by tests for Cytotoxic effect and Anti-inflammatory activity. Results: As the concentration increases the rate of protein denaturation inhibition also increases indicating a good anti-inflammatory activity and more brine shrimps are alive in 5μL concentration. Conclusion: Stevia and Ficus benghalensis mediated Silver Nanoparticles showed significant Cytotoxic effect and Anti-inflammatory activity and they are considered as a good Cytotoxic effect and Anti-inflammatory activity.
