摘要:The study was carried out in three phases which involved concept building through theoretical studies, detailed study of audit process of organizations that have undergone five cycles of audits and auditing agencies through survey of employees, review of audit reports to examine the process improvement after each cycle of audit, face-toface interview each of the stakeholder to get deeper insight from each about their experiences at the end of each cycle of audit.
