  • 摘要:Skills, abilities, and knowledge are the most significant factors for the efficient conduct of organizations through human capital. Effective learning and development can increase and enhance these valuable ingredients. The focus of this study is to develop a framework for employees’ sustainable futures by acquiring new skills and advancement through Learning and Development. The study was conducted among IT professionals. The framework proposes that employees who are ready and open to the learning and development initiatives acquire skills, understanding, and knowledge and progress in their future.
