摘要:Public demand for quality public services is not decreasing but is increasing. Observing community needs related to licensing, a more effective and efficient work system is needed to support services that can provide satisfaction to the public using public services. The satisfaction of the people who access public services is a determining factor for the success or failure of the performance of every public organization in the eyes of the community. This study aims to analyze Service Performance at the One Stop Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) in Jeneponto Regency. To get a detailed and in-depth description and explanation of service performance at the One Stop Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) in Jeneponto Regency, qualitative research is used. Primary data comes from informants through interviews and observations while secondary data comes from internal documents in DPMPTSP. The data analysis cycle is carried out by reducing the data, then presenting the data in certain forms such as sketches, synopsis, matrices or other forms to facilitate exposure and affirmation of conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the responsibility of DPMPTSP has been customer oriented, and implementing/following the minimum service standards, SPM is stated in SOPs that are oriented to NPS ideas. Accountability which consists of performance accountability and budget accountability. At the Jeneponto District DPMPTSP, accountability for performance and budget is available and accessible to the public. Government Agency Performance Reports (LKjIP). However, based on the results of document reviews and interviews, organizational performance achievements and budget realization still need to be optimized as well as problem analysis and solutions. This is intended to be able to prepare for the realization of an effective, transparent and accountable reporting system as well as results-oriented.
