摘要:Meta-analysis is a statistical effective medical study to assess an exposed effect by evaluating binary outcomes from a number of clinical trials. The primary aim of this analysis is to investigate the sensitivity of parameters in a Meta-analysis of clinical trials of sparse imbalanced datasets. The Bayesian random effects model was used to analyse data from 24 clinical trials in an empirical investigation. The risk difference between the exposed and unexposed groups of balanced and imbalanced groups is the parameter of interest. The presence of one or more zeros in a study could have a significant impact on study variability. The extent of sensitivity in the estimation of point and confidence intervals was indeed the focus of this research.
