摘要：The Banking Sector is one of the components of Financial System, plays an important role in the performance of an Economy. The performance of Bank is more dependent on Management’s ability in formulating the strategic plan and effective implementation of its strategies. In Financial Analysis, Ratio is used as a benchmark for evaluation of Financial Performance of a Bank. The main objective of this study is to analyze the Financial Performance of Indian Bank and Indian Overseas Bank in India with the help of CAMEL Model. This paper is an attempt that has been made to identify the actual financial position of the Indian Bank and Indian Overseas Bank so that it could help the Investors to take decisions for their Investment.
