摘要：Net banking also known as internet banking service provided by banks to their customers that allows them to access financial and non-financial banking services in minutes. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyse customer’s attitude towards net banking with special reference to Indian bank. Primary data have been collected from 150 respondents using a structured Questionnaire. It is concluded that safety and security motivated the customers to use net banking services and they are aware about malware, phishing and cyber security aspects.
