  • 摘要:VDTA (voltage differencing trans-conductance amplifier) is a new active element for analogue signal processing. a new and simple CMOS implementation of VDTA is provided in this paper. Because the suggested block has two voltage inputs and two types of current outputs, it can operate in both voltage and transconductance modes. A voltage mode VDTA based filter and a CMOS implementation of VDTA are presented and simulated. The simulation is carried out with the help of the 'CADENCE Virtuoso Tool' software .A fourth order flat-band band-pass amplifier application example is presented, and the circuit's performance is proved by comparing theory and simulation.
