  • 摘要:Shopping mall development is a major social and global phenomenon that has added a new dimension to customer satisfaction and, as a result, purchasing behaviour. The purpose of his article was to look at gender differences in consumer purchasing behaviour in a few retail centers in A.P. It is an observational cross-sectional study done on 700 randomly selected respondents to evaluate male and female customers' purchasing capability, purchasing behaviour, and shopping experiences in Andhra Pradesh's shopping malls. A pre-tested closed-ended semi-structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Men and women have very different buying habits, according to the survey. Female mall visitors spend significantly more time and money than male mall visitors. As a result, the data revealed that personal attributes and shopping mall attractiveness factors affected mall shopper shopping behaviour. In A.P. retail malls, gender discrepancies in consumer buying behaviour are prevalent, according to the study. Females spend more time at the mall than guys, affecting their average expenditure. Shopping mall customers' purchasing decisions are significantly impacted by psychological, social, and cultural factors.
