摘要:Introduction:The accumulation of fluid in the brain's ventricles is called Hydrocephalus. Putting pressure on the brain. The brain and spinal column are filled di cerebrospinal fluid, which ordinarily travels through the ventricles. However, excessive cerebrospinal fluid. Tension in the brain due to fluid collection in the brain's ventricles can damage the structure and produce a variety of cognitive impairments. It could be communicative on an obstructing type, with a former being the more common .one of the most prevalent consequences of tuberculosis meningitis is Hydrocephalus which affects up to 85% of children with the condition. It affects youngsters more severely than adults. Several writers have verified the Vellore grading system For clinical grading for patients with TBM and Hydrocephalus, with grade I being the best and grade IV being the worst. The mortality in patients with altered sensors. It is more severe in children than adults. Main symptoms and critical clinical findings:A5-year-old child reported with symptoms like abnormality incoordination, stiff muscles, Nausea, vomiting balance disorder, irritability, enlargement of the head, headache, weakness, leaking of urine, delayed development, blurred vision, mental irritability, confusion, sleeping, high pitched cry. Increase head size and seizure.A complete blood investigation is done. A lumbar puncture, MRI, CT scan was done. The primary diagnosis therapeutic intervention of outcome: This case was diagnosed as Hydrocephalus withhistory of meningitis. Conclusion: There is an association between Hydrocephalus and learning disability this support my hypothesis that hydrocephaly children have difficulty with mathematics; it is essential to find ways to prevent Hydrocephalus and optimize Treatment Hydrocephalus is a complicated diagnosis. Current long-term treatment options are restricted to surgical intervention.
