摘要：The term hemothorax may be defined as the access of pleural fluid and blood into the hollow pleural space. It wishes to be pleural fluid with a 25% - 50% hematocrit of the affected person's blood sample collected and he was diagnosed with a hemothorax. A liver injury, additionally referred to as lacerated liver, is some form of trauma sustained to the liver. This can occur through both a direct pressure inclusive of a car coincidence or a penetrating overseas item inclusive of a knife. Liver injuries constitute five% of all traumas, making them the most common belly damage. Patient's medical history: On 08/12/2021, a 20years old guy was taken to the emergency department of Rural Hospital with a significant complaint of fall from a bike due to hit by a truck around 06 am on dated 08/12/2021.patient sustained injury over the face and chest. The patient sustained injury over the left knee. No history of seizure, vomiting, no bleeding from the ear, nose and throat, abdominal pain, no history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis, etc. The Main diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes: The doctor diagnosed this case of left hemothorax with liver laceration after a physical examination and research. Antibiotics, non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, and analgesics were used to treat the client. Provide protein supplements as well, as the patient's overall condition was moderate. Nursing care: IV fluids were given, vital signs were taken every hour, and medication was given according to the doctor's orders. Conclusion: Treatment and care of multiplies fractureandhemothoraxwithliverlaceration on time will help to prevent further morbidity.
