摘要:Introduction:The autoimmune disorder Guillain-Barre syndrome occurs when the body's immune system attacks its nerve cells. Usually, immune system cells attack only foreign bodies, such as foreign substances or microbes that cause infection. Still, in gullain barre syndrome, the immune system begins to attack the myelin sheath of nerve cells and the axon of nerve cells, causing nerve cell damage and involving muscle. Tingling in the extremities and weakness are common signs of Gullain-Barre syndrome. Main symptoms and important clinical findings: A5-year-old boy with developmental delaysreportedto hospital with weak and crippled legs, a high-grade fever with chills. His electromyography and verve conduction investigations were done, as well as his lumbar puncture was performed. The main diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and outcomes: This case was diagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome with the complication of Zika virus infection. He is here for paralysis therapy, and his required tests and plasmapheresis have been completed. Conclusion: These studies emphasize the importance of strengthening treatment and providing information about Guillain-Barre syndrome for patient recovery. It aids in determining the patient's healing strength. It also increases GBS risk factors such as infection (pneumonia, AIDS, hepatitis) and aids in preventing these diseases.
