摘要：This article discusses modern methods and technologies in English language teaching. An important factor in the use of modern technologies in education is the ability of students to know and use information and communication technologies. Teaching and learning a foreign language using modern technology is one of the most effective ways. It should be noted that these goals in foreign language learning are not set by themselves or by others or individuals, but are closely related to changes in linguistics and psychology and the social development of society.
