摘要：A present a case 36years old maleadmitted in hospital with chief complaint. of proliferative growth in the lower It was associated with discomfort and burning sensation while having spicy food. History revealed that he was a pan chewer from 2 years. On clinical examination, there was an ulcer proliferative growth involving the entire lower lip, largest diameter measuring around 6 cm. Level III lymph nodes were palpable. Histopathology was suggestive of well-differentiated SCC. The patient underwent excision of the entire lesion and reconstructed with bilateral fan flap after obtaining informed consent. The patient was followed up from 2 years with no recurrence. Then in other areas of the world, which is likely owing to heavy tobacco consumption and chewing of pan, Gutkha, or betel nuts. Present complaints and investigations: A patient are 36 years old male admittedin A.V.B.RHospital on dated 22/09/ 2021 With chief complaint of proliferative growth in the lower lip. It Includes the headache, fever, vomiting non healing ulcerForm 2 years.The investigation bloodInvestigations, MRI, X-ray, CT - SCAN and examination was done. Main Diagnosis and Therapeutic intervention in outcome: The doctor identify the caseof Moderately Differentiated Squamous cell carcinoma of lower lip. After physical examination and generalexamination MRI, oral x - ray, CT-SCAN,Biopsy, imaging test,positron emissions tomography,endoscopy CBC also and others tests was done. Conclusion:This procedure is straightforward and accomplishes the primary goals of entire lower lip repair in a single stage with little morbidity.
