摘要:This article explores into the relationship between emotional intelligence, creativity, and conflict management methods. It also looks at how different forms of conflict resolution may help to mediate conflict. Today, innovation is at the heart of a company's long-term success. Innovation is becoming increasingly important to a company's survival and growth. Employees' emotional intelligence is thought to play a role in their ability to innovate. Conflict has a significant impact on organisations, which has an impact on how these disputes are managed and their various effects on individual performance. It examines the relationship between EI, conflict management styles (CMSs), and innovation performance, as well as the various CMSs' mediating impacts. The survival and growth of businesses are intimately intertwined, and they are growing increasingly reliant on innovation. EI is thought to have an impact on employee innovation performance. Conflict is unavoidable in the workplace, and different CMSs have different effects on individual performance.
