  • 摘要:Introduction:The kidneys are affected by renal disease, which is a condition. It etiology an abnormally high protein concentration in your urine. The most common cause of the nephrotic syndrome is harm to the kidney's multiple small bloodstreams, which disable toxins or excess fluid from your blood. Swelling occurs, particularly in the ankles and feet, and the condition increases the risk of various health problems. A tubular conductivity defect can be active or passive, with the primary cause being kidney failure and the secondary causes being a genetic disease, autoimmune disorder erythematosus, Mellitus, malignancy, or specific drug use. Some examinations were performed to determine the causative factors, such as pathogenesis and symptoms of nephrotic syndrome, and the involvement of an interdisciplinary team in its therapies. Main symptoms and critical clinical findings:She is a case of 13 yrs nephrotic syndrome with hypertension. Her diagnostic ASO titer done. Ultrasonography has been performed. A blood test has been achieved. Urine culture completed. She has had a history of hypertension for three months. Too much protein in the urine, not enough protein in the blood, too much fat or cholesterol in the blood, and oedema are some of the indications and symptoms. The primary diagnoses, therapeutic intervention, and outcomes:She was a 13 years old with nephrotic syndrome and a known case of hypertension. She comes for treatment of Nephrotic syndrome. All necessary investigations were done. Conclusion:The glomerular disease nephrotic syndrome is characterised by severe proteinuriahypoalbuminemia, hypercholesterolemia, and oedema. The majority of children with NS have primary or idiopathic NS. Children with uncomplicated NS between the ages of 1 and 8 are likely to have steroid-responsive MCNS, and steroid medication can be started without a kidney biopsy. Relapse will be experienced by over 80% of them.
