摘要:The present paper investigated the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership quality of B.Ed.student-teachers. The investigator used the survey method and simple random sampling technique for collecting data from the sample consists of 255 B.Ed.student-teachers studying through regular mode. For this study, the investigator has used the Emotional Intelligence Scale by Arun Kumar Singh and Shruti Narain (2014) and Leadership behavior inventory by Haseen Taj (2001). Using descriptive and differential analysis as statistical techniques for this study and it revealed that positive and significant correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership quality among the selected sample of this study. Also, it is observed that their significant difference in the Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Quality with respect to certain select variables.
