摘要：INTRODUCTION: COVID-19 pandemic continues to redefine daily lifestyle-related habits in a significant manner as it progresses through different phases. The stringent lockdown has made significant changes in the lifestyles of the populations. The working pattern, physical activity, eating behavior, sleeping hours, screen timing and digital usage are expected to change. The present study done to find the impact of COVID19 infection in lifestyle modifications of the infected persons. METHODOLOGY: This study is a cross-sectional design to assess the impact of COVID-19 infection on life style related behaviors in tertiary care hospital at Chennai,by purposive sampling technique. Data was entered in Microsoft Excel and analyzed using SPSS software version 21. RESULTS: Among the 185 study participants, the factors associated with life style changes in post COVID 19 patients were assessed. There was statistical significance between Sociodemographic profile and change in physical activity, sleeping hours and dietary pattern. CONCLUSION: The result of the study indicated a improvement in healthy eating behavior and also reduction in physical activity and increase in screen time. Systematic evaluation of these life style behaviors will able to develop a tool to address the needs during this time.
