摘要:The connection between the identity traits of the figure of the educator and the processes of change of the historical-cultural contexts in which he operates make it constitutively uncertain, at times almost elusive, constantly being defined, reluctant to any attempt at stabilization within a rigid and exhaustive review of tasks and functions. The aim of this work is to outline a definition of the historical-cultural framework that outlined the development of the educator, intersecting the historical, reflective-pedagogical, inclusive and normative registers, in order to reduce the fragmentation produced by different perspectives, trying, at the same time, to recompose the complexity of a history of training and professionalization that has always been affected by articulated processes of rethinking and (re)signification, open to pedagogical and public debate.
