摘要：In the context of the exponential growth in volume of digital trade and the diversification of its forms of implementation, the present article analyzed the framework provisions contained in the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, provisions governing the conduct of post-Brexit digital trade.
