摘要:This research aims to examine the effect of the planned and structured editorial study on writing success. This quasi-experimental research was conducted with 60 fourth graders chosen for either the experimental or control groups. Data were collected by the students through written texts. According to the result, there were no significant differences between the experimental and control groups’ pretest. However, significant differences were detected in the post-test related to the experimental and control groups. In conclusion, the results indicate that there was a significant difference in terms of overall writing success between the experimental and control groups. This research is essential to confirm the effect of review and feedback on students’ writing improvement. According to these results, suggestions for the practices of giving feedback regarding writing are presented.
