摘要:The Covid-19 pandemic requires the education sectors, including the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level, to perform learning activities from home, causing less optimal PAUD teachers’ assessments. Ideally, online learning is also equipped with online assessment tools. This study aims to develop a website-based child development assessment application to facilitate assessing and reporting child development. This research model uses ADDIE (Research and development) development research. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires assisted by google form to 100 PAUD teachers throughout West Java. The system development model uses the Waterfall Model. The media expert validation test results showed the iPENA application had an excellent varsity level with a percentage of 84%. The child development expert validation got a percentage of 85%. The user expert validity level got a percentage of 93%. The three experts’ cumulative results obtained a validity percentage of 87% and were included in the very good category, so the IPENA application was feasible to use. Analysis of the paired sample t-test shows that the IPENA application can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the assessment with a t-test score of (p = 0.000, n (100) = 15,569, α <0.05). This research contributes so that assessment activities can be carried out continuously between teachers and parents.
