摘要：The orders of working from home in the organizations during the lockdown periods urges the need to replace the conventional management method to technology base management. The organizations had a little time before the corona days to experiment with technology based management before being trained about the policy. Any struggle during the lockdown periods was unpredictable, unplanned and ungainly for the conversion from conventional management method to technology base management without any applicable analysis. The survey was performed to sort out the best use of technology for the managers during lockdown periods. Mixed method research approach was exploited to note the data and chi-square test was executed to examine its significance. Significant differences were observed among the managers for Social networking, Video conferencing, Presentation, Ideas collection, Team tracking, Email, Mobile phone, LandLine, Courier services, Loadshedding problems, Infrastructure problems, Communication problems, Lack of inter organizational cooperation and Issue of awareness of new technology except WhatsApp. The study showed that most of the managers used computer for video conferencing, preferred contact method was Whatsapp and the most important barrier was the awareness of new technology during the corona days. The paper not only helps management in identifying the best use of technology during corona days but also helps in establishing standards for the manager performance on the basis of availability of resoruces in the corona days.
