摘要:Aircraft/aerodynamic parameter estimation (APE) is a challenging research area and is an integral part of aircraft system identification The Pugachev’s Nonlinearfilter (PNF)is a state/parameter estimation for aerodynamic modelling is relatively unexplored in the literatures. In this paper PNF has been employed for aircraft parameter estimation. The stability analysis of PNF has also been discussed using the normalized Lyapunov energy function and the conditions for the convergence of the PNF are derived by using the proposed nonlinear observer which is a novel approach. The performances of the two recursive parameter estimation algorithms: extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and the PNF are evaluated for aircraft parameter estimation using simulated flight data in the MATLAB implementations.
