标题:Community Satisfaction Of Employee Communication In Providing Services At The One Door Integrated Services And Investment Services (Dpm-Ptsp) City Of Makassar
摘要:This study aims to describe the level of satisfaction of public services at the Makassar City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPM-PTSP). This study involved 467 people who used public services for the last 3 months at the Makassar City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPM-PTSP) office. The theory used isZeithaml in the research indicators, namely the friendliness of the officers, timeliness of completion, service costs , convenience , clarity Officer and Schedule Service . This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire made using a Likerts scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS and MS Excel. The results showed that community satisfaction showed results with an average value of 93 which indicated community satisfaction with services at the Makassar City DPM-PTSP office in the category of Good Enough.
