摘要：This study analyzes the linkages between sectors in the region from a spatial perspective. Taking the Southern key economic zone in Vietnam as the case study, Moran I index combined with the spatial regression model is used to evaluating three types of linkages: horizontal, vertical, and cross-linkages in the region. Research data includes spatial data from the GADM (Global Administrative Regions Database) and information on economic sectors extracted from the statistical indexes of 8 provinces in the Southern key economic zone in Vietnam from 2015-2018. The study results show that spatial factor plays a crucial role in sectoral linkages. There is evidence of positive horizontal linkage in some sectors with spatial effects, while there is no evidence of vertical linkage in most sectors.
