摘要:The success of Internet of Things (IoT) is relied on spectral and energy efficient solutions. In a cognitive sensor network, each node targets to sending the sensed data to sink node for future analysis. If each node’s energy consumption optimizes, the network lifetime can be optimized and enhanced. The sensor networks’ operational lifetime improvement is the major objective of energy-efficient routing protocol. The network lifetime increases using various routing protocols that select the effective routing paths. More energy is consumed by the nodes that are on the optimal path and it leads to the earlier death. WSNs’ lifetime improves using multipath routing protocols through the traffic distribution among different paths rather than a single optimal path. In this paper, QIF-NDMRP –Interference free QoS awarenode-disjoint multipath routing protocol proposes using source-destination edge-based path selection scheme. The QoS metrics such as distance, remaining energy & spectrum availability are used in the path selection for restricting the path interference among paths through the path cost function estimation. The proposed protocol’s optimal performance is showed by the experimental results, including increased network lifespan than the existing protocols.
