摘要：Objetivou-se analisar os processos de transição no curso de vida de adolescentes com diabetes mellitus tipo 1 (DM1). Foram entrevistados 17 adolescentes em tratamento. A partir de uma análise de conteúdo, foi extraída a categoria: Mudanças e Transformações, constituindo-se como Corpus para análise. Percebeu-se a construção de uma nova rede de significados pelos adolescentes, sendo identificadas mudanças com repercussões nas relações sociais, na percepção de si e no curso do desenvolvimento. Os resultados apontam a importância de ouvir os adolescentes, afirmando o seu protagonismo sobre as próprias experiências, reconhecendo-os em sua autonomia e enquanto sujeitos de cultura e de conhecimento.
其他摘要：The objective was to analyze the transition processes in the life course of adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM1). In this research, 17 adolescents undergoing treatment for DM1 were interviewed. From a thematic content analysis, a category was extracted: Changes and Transformations, constituting itself as Corpus for analysis. The construction of a new network of meanings by the adolescents was noticed, and changes with repercussions on social relationships, self-perception and the course of development were identified. The results show the importance of listening to adolescents, affirming the relevance of their role in their own experiences, recognizing them in their autonomy and as subjects of culture and knowledge.
