摘要:Within the COVID-19 pandemic scenario, social isolation and other safety measures have been rapidly implemented by World Health Organizations around the globe, directly impacting the daily lives of several people. The present study aimed to identify the most relevant factors in the Public Management decision-making process regarding social isolation and its impacts on the population. For this purpose, 7772 scientific articles from the Science Direct and Scopus databases were analyzed, composing a portfolio with the most relevant social, political, psychological, economic and health indicators to the decision-making process in Public Management during the COVID-19 pandemic.
