摘要：Besides quartz and asbestos, less is known about the potential health effects of other mineral particles. This randomized, double-blind crossover study, including 24 healthy non-smoking volunteers, showed that the stone aggregate quartz diorite triggers pulmonary inflammation after short-term exposure. The stone aggregate rhomb porphyry was associated with a modest but statistically significant decline in lung function.
