摘要:Industry 4.0 techniques provide additional data on the current state of production systems which can be used to adapt and improve the scheduling. In previous work, a data-driven approach for production control of dynamic job shops has been developed, which reacted in real-time on occurring events but handled maintenance only reactive. This approach will be extended towards preventive maintenance by developing an integrated method for scheduling production and maintenance tasks simultaneously. This paper presents an approach of a priority rule which will be used to ensure the execution of maintenance operations but still offers the flexibility of the concrete time of execution in a small maintenance window. The proposed rule is tested in a simulation and shows the benefit against benchmarks.
