摘要：The study aims to delineate a framework for the measurement and evaluation of supply chain performance in the food sector. The proposed approach grounds on the well-known LARG (lean, agile, resilient, and green) perspectives, for which the relating literature is analysed, and the available metrics are reviewed with a specific focus on the food sector. This allows for the development of an appropriate performance measurement system for the food supply chain.
