摘要:This study uses an exploratory approach to evaluate the impact of the implementation of Servitization and Digitalization practices and the application of Service Design methods and tools on the overall performance of Portuguese industrial companies. An online questionnaire was designed and distributed, and 153 answers were collected. An Exploratory Factor Analysis resulted in 8 factors, which were subsequently subjected to Cluster Analysis. Results show that there is a positive association between the implementation of Servitization and Digitalization practices and the performance of the Portuguese industrial companies, and that the implementation of these practices is a flexible and appropriate approach to face the challenges presented by market forces and respond to the clients’ requirements.
