摘要:For years, mass production built on the assumption that customer share preferences. Today, mass customization maximises customer satisfaction by product customization and quick, efficient service. According to recent advancements in Digital Supply Chains, information exchange between supply chain actors and levels is critical not only for proper Supply Chain Management, but also for achieving common objectives such as short time-to-market, high service level and high productivity. This work proposes a new intermediation model for digital supply chains allowing full exploitation of global market potentials by making use of the blockchain technology. The decentralised intermediation model allows all supply chain actors operating in the context of cloud manufacturing leveraging the benefits of blockchain. For this purpose, specific performance models for buyers and vendors are developed. Together with a privacy scheme for sensitive data they are integrated in a blockchain-based intermediation agent able to automatically seek for a suitable trade-off between profit and responsiveness. The paper concludes with some test scenarios to demonstrate the effectiveness of the logic behind proposed modelling as well as its capability to find optimum negotiation solutions.
