摘要:Using the Expected Labor Market Affiliation (ELMA) method duringtwo-year follow-up, we show that: • Middle-aged and older workerswith high physical work demands have markedly reduced active labormarket affiliation. • ‘moderate’ to ‘very high’ levels of physical workdemands is associated with up to 35 days reduced activeworking-time - mainly due to increased sickness absence.
