摘要:This work is an excerpt from the máster thesis research, Teacher Profile At Ept: Analysis Of The Knowledge And Practices Of Teachers Who Work At Ifce, associated with the postgraduate program in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT. The main objective of the study is to reflect on the training of teachers in ETP (Professional and Technological Education), the legislation and the challenges and perspectives in this teaching modality. In terms of methodology, it is a study with a qualitative approach, supported by historical-dialectical materialism and exploratory and descriptive objectives. The bibliographic technique was also used through the work of authors who deal with teacher training at ETP. Reflections on the subject brought the following results: it was established that this training must be continuous for the development of the teaching and learning process; there is a lack of guidelines for teacher training for EPT that consider the work regime, as well as the offer of courses consistent with the reality of teachers.
