摘要:The central aim of this work is to generate reflections about the theoretical contribution of Pierre Lévy and Paulo Freire for the educational environment which seeks the development of the critical digital literacy. We demarcate as theoretical-methodological procedure the qualitative research in education. In the investigative path, it was conducted a bibliographic proofreading on the basis of the propositions of Le Coadic, Lévy, Freire, Buzato, Pinto, among others. The systematized and anchored studies in the delimited bibliography allowed the following conclusions, which are: a) all technological application is also an political application, nevertheless, we need to try to understand the correlation of forces that they carry in their intentionalities; b) overcoming the ingenuous application of the instrumentalization of the TICs; the necessity of interpretation of the domination traits; and c) the technologies need to be mediated in constant dialogue to the necessity of a digital citizenship, where the individual recognizes itself as a subject of rights and duties, having theoretical tools to distinguish and interpretate the reality which disguises itself as a virtuality.
