摘要：The deaf community is composed of people who use Sign Language as their first means of communication, being deaf and hearing. Having difficulties in accessing places that are common to other people such as hospitals, this causes there to be a hindrance in the communication of the deaf with the health professional during urgent care, where the health professional has no understanding, and most often has no experience on sign languages. Thus, it tends to have an ineffective communication that is harmful to the method of therapeutic intervention. The aim of this review is to address the communication difficulties in the use of health services by deaf users. In the methodology, the software IRAMUTEQ® (Interface de R pour lês Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires) was used for processing and analysis of the textual corpus made from the articles collected through the Google Acadêmico and Scielo databases. With this, our results were chosen for the use of the descending hierarchical classification (CHD) performed textual analysis of the research, with this the study showed the main difficulties during the care of the deaf person in the health service beyond the struggles of the deaf community and how it affects the quality of the service provided. Thus, concluding that the deaf person constituted or not of citizenship deserves a quality care, which seeks the integral recovery of their health and encouraging the learning of LIBRAS by health professionals.
