摘要：In 1990 a group of Institute postgraduates produced the first issue of a new in-house journal. It was intended mainly to provide an outlet for papers by Institute research students, but it has since widened its remit to include more varied items and also contributions from outside the Institute. The Senior Editor of PIA describes its present aims.
