摘要：Although we have been discussing the methods of buying foreign journals for the library, the best possible method is yet to be found. We librarians are anxious to acquire foreign journals under more economical and more trustworthy conditions all over the country. We have tried various methods of buying foreign journals for our library for five years, and these trials are reported.
